The Department of Organising and Information, KNU-Central held a Communication and Information Course for four days at Mae Wah Kloe. The aim of the course was to publishing new and updating readers on the Peace Process.
Naw Eh Htoo Hae, the coordinator of the course said that the objective was to give current news to local people so that they are aware of what the leaders have implemented and the leaders should know what the people need.
Additionally, she said that "We hope and held this course to rapidly push knowledge of the Peace Process and after people understand and support we will publish updated news to local people".
Saw Pierson Johnny from KawThooLei Department of Health and Welfare (KDHW), one of the participants, said that he learned how to write the news without mistakes and how to attract the audience. Also, he said, "This course really benefitted me and I hope to use the information gained for my organisation".
